About The Position

Our client, a leader in commercial real estate management, is developing portfolio management tools for their staff and clients. They are seeking a strong Full Stack AI Engineer who can translate product vision into powerful AI applications. This role requires expertise in AI & LLM implementation as well as front-end technologies like React. As the first internal engineer, you will be a strong individual contributor, taking products from inception to delivery, and will serve as the foundation for a growing team. The company is located in Chicago, IL, and candidates are expected to work onsite 2-3 days a week.

Requirements

• Very strong in React/Typescript UI Development
• Very strong in SQL
• Very strong in AI/LLM Workflow Development
• Very strong in Cloud Environments (AWS preferred)
• Very strong in AI-Assisted Development
• Effective written communication skills, with no more than six concise bullet points on any particular assignment.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Background in real estate, banking, or accounting.
