About The Position

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to design and build intelligent, scalable software systems that power high-performance digital platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complex distributed environments, enjoys solving performance challenges, and can move seamlessly between backend architecture, AI systems, and frontend applications. Programmatic or adtech experience is a plus — but strong engineering fundamentals are the priority.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Java, Python and/or TypeScript
Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Next.js, FastAPI, Flask…
Solid understanding of system design and distributed architectures
Cloud experience with platforms like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
Strong SQL and data modeling skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Cloud, Docker and Terraform
Exposure to digital advertising or programmatic ecosystems
Familiarity with AI coding assistants (ex: Claude Code)

Responsibilities

Architect and build scalable backend services and APIs (Java & Python)
Design distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput, low-latency workloads
Develop microservices in cloud-native environments
Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability
Build modern front-end applications with React and TypeScript
Create internal tooling and dashboards
Create intuitive user experiences based on complex back-end outputs
Develop, deploy, and productionize applications leveraging AI models like LLMs
Leverage AI coding assistants like Claude Code & Codex to accelerate software development
Support agentic systems that automate business processes
