About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer with a strong background in both frontend and backend development, coupled with significant experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge AI technologies such as chatbots, RAG systems, and LLM integrations for production applications. This role requires a deep understanding of AI agents, fine-tuning LLMs, and evaluating bias and fairness in AI systems, as well as expertise in containerized environments like Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 7+ years of IT / Engineering experience (US-based)
• 3+ years of Vue.js (frontend development)
• 3+ years of Python (backend development)
• 2+ years building AI/ML solutions for production applications
• 2+ years implementing: Chatbots
• 2+ years implementing: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• 2+ years implementing: LLM integrations for AI-assisted automation
• 2+ years experience with: AI agents
• 2+ years experience with: Fine-tuning LLMs
• 2+ years experience with: Bias and fairness evaluation in LLM systems
• Strong experience with containerized workflows and architectures: Docker
• Strong experience with containerized workflows and architectures: Podman
• Strong experience with containerized workflows and architectures: Kubernetes

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing clinical or healthcare software
• Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and LLM platforms
• Strong understanding of secure, compliant application design
