Full-Stack Agentic Cyber Capabilities Developer

Booz Allen Hamilton•Huntsville, AL
•$86,800 - $198,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to build software and systems from initial vision through production. The role involves developing intuitive user experiences, robust APIs, scalable back-end services, and agent orchestration workflows in collaboration with cyber operators, AI engineers, architects, and product teams. The developer will translate red team processes into reliable, observable, and governed agentic capabilities. The position includes designing how agents use mission context, select approved tools, coordinate tasks, maintain state, and adapt to results. The developer will implement authorization boundaries, human approval points, audit logging, and failsafe controls so agent actions remain explainable and within authorized scope. The work applies modern AI and software architecture patterns to adversary emulation planning, workflow orchestration, operational visibility, results analysis, and ongoing capability evaluation. The solution should support current operating environments while remaining extensible as models, tools, and mission requirements change. This is a hybrid role based in Huntsville, Alabama. Applicants must complete the required skills assessment and have a Secret clearance. The position offers an annualized projected compensation range of $86,800 to $198,000. Booz Allen describes benefits including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits; paid leave; professional development; tuition assistance; work-life programs; dependent care; and recognition awards. Employees are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments, and virtual employees are generally expected to have cameras on during meetings.
