About The Position

Accenture is seeking a Full Stack Agentic AI Engineer leader to deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions and provide advanced technical expertise for complex customer engagements. The role spans agentic AI as a Service intelligent systems, full-stack solution development, and human-AI interaction. It involves collaborating with client, global capability, and operational teams to turn business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions. The role contributes to building and positioning customizable, cloud-based agentic AI offerings. It combines hands-on solution development with discovery, technical validation, and customer-facing demonstrations to support agentic AI-as-a-Service outcomes. Travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack AI or machine learning engineer or scientist, working with AI/ML models in production at scale, including monitoring, alerting, bug fixing, and auditing.
At least 8 years of experience applying theoretical foundations of computer science, including computer system architecture, system engineering, and programming.
At least 5 years of experience with distributed computing systems and architecture that may support AI/agentic AI applications, big data analytics, engineering simulations, scientific computing, grid and cloud computing, or distributed networks.
At least 4 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML-based software to a cloud environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience. With an associate degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong client-facing skills in a consulting environment.
Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to collaborate with varied internal and client-side teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity and passion for emerging technology and driving innovation.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Python and Python-based AI/ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
Experience working with language models, including LLM APIs, and optimizing their use for specific applications.
Experience with Clojure, C++, Java, R, or SQL.
A master's or Ph.D. in a related field, such as computer science or engineering.

Responsibilities

Design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end, human-centered agentic AI systems across frontend, backend, data, and intelligent components.
Integrate AI, machine learning, and natural language processing capabilities into workflows to address client or business problems.
Implement agentic AI behaviors using human-centered design and hybrid neural-symbolic approaches.
Partner with Sales to shape advanced technical solutions for complex Mid-Market sales opportunities.
Participate in discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
Lead technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and value.
Contribute to technical solution design and provide input to proposals, statements of work, and contracts.
Provide technical guidance on industry use cases, best practices, and pre-delivery considerations.
Develop scalable APIs and services that ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate across product, business, and sales teams to deliver cohesive technical and customer-facing outcomes.
