About The Position

Simon Eye is seeking Full-Scope Optometrists to join its growing team in Delaware and the surrounding region. The role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive primary eye care in a collaborative, medically oriented, integrated OD/MD practice. Optometrists provide primary eye care, manage ocular disease, and build lasting patient relationships while working with ophthalmologists and experienced clinical teams.

The practice includes ocular disease management, urgent eye care, pre- and post-operative care, specialty contact lenses, and care for complex ocular conditions. Through its integrated relationship with Center for Advanced Eye Care, optometrists have direct access to ophthalmologists and surgical services and remain actively involved in their patients' care. Doctors are encouraged to develop clinical interests such as ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, myopia management, dry eye, or pediatrics.

Optometrists are supported by experienced clinical, optical, and administrative teams, modern diagnostic technology, experienced technicians, and ABO Certified Opticians. The position is suited to experienced optometrists and recent graduates seeking to apply their clinical training. The practice is located in Delaware, which offers access to Philadelphia, Baltimore, the Chesapeake Bay, and Delaware beaches.

Responsibilities
