We are seeking a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing Legal division. This is a true full-desk role, where you will own both business development and recruiting, giving you direct control over your success and earnings. Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience required
  • Staffing agency experience preferred
  • Legal recruiting or legal industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruiting goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Building and growing your client portfolio within the legal industry
  • Recruiting top-tier legal professionals
  • Managing the full hiring lifecycle
  • Driving revenue through strategic partnerships and placements
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire placements in the legal sector
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, compliance professionals, etc.)
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the system
  • Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships (law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance teams)
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into active partnerships
  • Identify new business through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Take detailed job orders and deeply understand client hiring needs (practice areas, billable expectations, culture fit, etc.)
  • Negotiate compensation packages with candidates
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication
  • Conduct client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
  • Deliver exceptional service to retain and grow existing accounts
  • Act as a trusted hiring partner, not just a vendor
  • Stay current on legal hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market demands
  • Develop targeted recruiting and sales strategies within legal niches (corporate law, litigation, compliance, etc.)
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across clients and industries
