Legal Recruiter (Candidate-Focused | No Business Development | High Earning Potential) This position is fully remote while being fully collaborative. With our unique team model, you will manage a "split desk," focusing your time on sourcing, engaging, recruiting and supporting law firm associate attorneys to match them with client requisitions. The Role We are seeking a candidate-focused recruiter to join our team in a 180 / split desk model. This is a pure recruiting role—you will not be responsible for business development. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and placing top legal talent. This role is ideal for: Experienced recruiters looking to focus on the candidate side of the desk, or Highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals looking to build a career in recruiting Candidates must have a 4-year college degree, understand what it means to work for a small organization, possess exceptional writing skills and executive presence, and above all, be intellectually curious, have tremendous work ethic and team-oriented.
