About The Position

Legal Recruiter (Candidate-Focused | No Business Development | High Earning Potential) This position is fully remote while being fully collaborative. With our unique team model, you will manage a "split desk," focusing your time on sourcing, engaging, recruiting and supporting law firm associate attorneys to match them with client requisitions. The Role We are seeking a candidate-focused recruiter to join our team in a 180 / split desk model. This is a pure recruiting role—you will not be responsible for business development. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and placing top legal talent. This role is ideal for: Experienced recruiters looking to focus on the candidate side of the desk, or Highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals looking to build a career in recruiting Candidates must have a 4-year college degree, understand what it means to work for a small organization, possess exceptional writing skills and executive presence, and above all, be intellectually curious, have tremendous work ethic and team-oriented. You will be on the phone! If the telephone scares you, this is not the role for you. This role is ideal for someone who thrives off making connections and wishes to gain rewards directly resulting from their own input and hard work. Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (agency preferred)
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills (this is not an inbound role)
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates
  • Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outreach and phone-based conversations
  • Competitive, driven, and resilient
  • Interest in a career in recruiting or sales
  • Confidence with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and follow-through
  • Ability to influence and guide candidates
  • Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment
  • Candidates must have a 4-year college degree
  • Understand what it means to work for a small organization

Responsibilities

  • Headhunt and engage attorneys through LinkedIn, phone, and email outreach
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess fit
  • Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
  • Advise and influence candidates on career decisions
  • Partner internally with the business development side of the desk
