About The Position

Carmi Wholesale Distributors, LLC is seeking Full Case Selectors for their warehouse operations. This is a physically demanding role that involves selecting cases of product, lifting, carrying, stacking, and building orders. The position requires strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to remain active throughout the shift. Opportunities are available in both the standard warehouse environment and a freezer operation, where the same duties are performed in a cold environment. Proper gear and training will be provided for freezer work. The company emphasizes that this is not a desk job and is for individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in tangible accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Select cases of product accurately and efficiently to build customer orders.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, move, and stack cases throughout your shift.
• Work on your feet and remain physically active for the duration of your shift.
• Build stable, organized pallets that are ready for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with your teammates to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
