About The Position
This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. The positions are focused on picking, packing, and shipping prescription orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment, providing mail-order medications to patients across the country. There are no direct patient interactions required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy ($ 25.00 fee; can be completed on your first day of employment).
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints.
- Strong interpersonal and organizations skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to life 30 pounds repeatedly: products may vary in size and weight
Responsibilities
- Fulfill order by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery
- Use Computer equipment to complete fulfillment tasks.
- Collaborate with and assist other Pharmacy Technicians by balancing workload as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
