About The Position

The Fulfillment Team Member will work on a team to assemble and kit printed products efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest quality of products while adhering to cost minimization and meeting customer specifications and deadlines. Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow basic instructions, procedures, and written communications.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to use common sense and follow standardized processes in a production or fulfillment setting.
  • Ability to stand and walk for an entire 8-10 hour shift, frequently use hands and arms, occasional bending or reaching, and regularly lift up to 10-50 lbs.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand daily priorities, assignments, and production goals, and execute tasks accordingly.
  • Assemble, package, verify, and prepare finished printed products to meet quality standards, customer specifications, and required quantities.
  • Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets.
  • Accurately complete required paperwork, production records, and system entries while communicating quality, safety, or material issues promptly.
  • Perform essential physical duties including standing and walking for an entire 8-10 hour shift, frequent use of hands and arms, occasional bending or reaching, and regularly lifting up to 10-50 lbs.
