About The Position

Doyles Sheehan is looking for a Fulfillment Team Member to join their crew in Coeur d'Alene, ID. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys active work. The position offers a stable Sunday-Thursday schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. rarely.
• Must have a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs. in each hand.
• Ability to pull a pallet jack requiring 75 lbs. of pull.
• Frequent walking, standing, crouching, and occasional climbing of step ladders.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience doing similar work is preferred, but we are open to providing on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Use a wrist scanner to locate and pick orders quickly and accurately.
• Wrap loads securely by hand or with a machine.
• Secure loads to trucks with load locks to ensure safe delivery.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and "chariots" (certification provided).
• Stock incoming freight.
• Ensure all load documentation is complete and accurate.
