The Fulfillment Team Lead will coach and model service excellence through accurate and high-quality picking, staging, and order validation. This role involves responding to customer and associate questions, resolving issues, and escalating when needed. The Team Lead will balance service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities. They will utilize the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types, including Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day / Gig, and Curbside. A key responsibility is partnering with the Pro Sales team to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are picked and staged. The role requires quick and effective resolution of escalated customer issues and operational challenges. Additionally, the Team Lead will support inventory accuracy, SIMS compliance, and shrink reduction through audits and validation. Ensuring fulfillment areas are safe, organized, and compliant is crucial, involving daily checks and enforcement of safety and maintenance standards. The position requires operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and adherence to all safety requirements. Assistance with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities, in partnership with leadership and MOD, is also expected. This role may be assigned other duties to support business needs.
