Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual English and Spanish
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily fulfillment and packaging operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and shipping deadlines are met.
Lead, coach, and support warehouse and fulfillment team members.
Assign daily workloads and balance staffing to maximize efficiency.
Oversee packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Monitor production schedules and address workflow bottlenecks.
Receive, organize, and stage incoming work from production departments.
Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Verify packaging, labeling, inserts, and shipping documentation.
Coordinate shipments using FedEx, DHL, and approved carriers.
Prioritize work based on customer deadlines and production schedules.
Track production status and communicate updates to management.
Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and materials.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality Control, and Production teams.
Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with company security and quality requirements.
