Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily fulfillment and packaging operations while ensuring productivity, quality, and shipping deadlines are met.
  • Lead, coach, and support warehouse and fulfillment team members.
  • Assign daily workloads and balance staffing to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations.
  • Monitor production schedules and address workflow bottlenecks.
  • Receive, organize, and stage incoming work from production departments.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify packaging, labeling, inserts, and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments using FedEx, DHL, and approved carriers.
  • Prioritize work based on customer deadlines and production schedules.
  • Track production status and communicate updates to management.
  • Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies and materials.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality Control, and Production teams.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company security and quality requirements.
