This is a full-time role within the Fulfillment Team. The Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for coaching and modeling service excellence in picking, staging, and order validation. They will respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. The role involves balancing service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities. A key part of the job is using the Orders App to manage various order types and partnering with the Pro Sales team for Pro Call Ahead Orders. The Team Lead will also resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges, support inventory accuracy, and ensure fulfillment areas are safe and organized. Operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment is also a requirement. The role may involve assisting with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities.
