This is a full-time role on the Fulfillment Team. The Fulfillment Team Lead will coach and model service excellence through accurate and high-quality picking, staging, and order validation. They will respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed. This role involves balancing service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities. The Team Lead will use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types, partner with the Pro Sales team for Pro Call Ahead Orders, and resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges. Additionally, they will support inventory accuracy, SIMS compliance, and shrink reduction through audits and validation. Ensuring fulfillment areas are safe, organized, and compliant is a key responsibility, as is operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment like forklifts and order pickers. The role also involves assisting with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities, partnering with leadership and MOD as needed. May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
