The role is a structured, repetitive warehouse associate position requiring focus, discipline, and the ability to perform similar tasks with pride, accuracy, and energy daily. New associates typically begin in Picking or Packing, both essential roles for meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack contact lens orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high accuracy while working at a steady, disciplined pace
  • Inspect and verify orders with precision while maintaining strict quality standards
  • Perform consistent, detail-focused tasks throughout the shift
  • Pickers walk approximately 8-10 miles per shift
