About The Position

As a Fulfillment Specialist at Ampacity, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, managing everything from order entry to delivery tracking. You will analyze order data to identify trends and improve processes, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and without issues. You'll face exciting challenges, such as resolving order discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with sales, project management, warehouse, and transportation teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or similar logistics role
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to think critically and resolve issues
Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and logistics systems
Demonstrated success in distribution and fulfillment operations with process improvement experience
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple orders and priorities independently

Nice To Haves

Associates degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Responsibilities
