About The Position

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders and supports the company's growing digital business. This seasonal, temporary role assists the eStore Fulfillment team with processing merchandise and orders, managing inventory, and preparing shipments. The role is on-site as part of the Home Office team, with work taking place in an open-office fulfillment and shipping environment that uses computer technology.

Requirements

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people across personality types, skillsets, and organizational levels.
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and tasks with a sense of urgency.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to various situations.
Ability to use technology.
Ability to collaborate with team members.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 pounds.

At least one year of fulfillment experience in a warehouse or other relevant work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the eStore Fulfillment team as a versatile team member.
Process merchandise and order transactions accurately, efficiently, and in a timely and organized manner.
Pick merchandise and style it into the appropriate presentation box.
Process orders for inventory management and customer notifications.
Pack FedEx boxes with prepared merchandise and ensure packages are ready for daily FedEx pickup.
Assist with receiving daily shipments from FedEx, USPS, and BRINKS.
Support proper daily inventory management and care, ensuring inventories are clean.
Keep fulfillment stations stocked with jewelry presentation boxes, pre-built FedEx boxes, and necessary packing materials.
Communicate order delays and concerns to leadership in a timely and detailed manner.
Review and correctly and promptly apply all additional notes for online orders.
Maintain proficiency in all roles related to the fulfillment area.
Perform other duties or functions requested by appropriate Management or Company personnel.
