About The Position

The Office team supporting Bitcoin Magazine and BTC Inc. from their Nashville HQ is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist. This role is crucial for the "last mile" of operations, ensuring magazines, merchandise, and business-critical shipments are delivered accurately and on time, especially during peak periods like the holiday season and major product launches. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day shipping and receiving with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and proactive communication, ensuring inbound inventory is checked correctly, outbound orders are shipped on schedule, and the warehouse remains organized, safe, and prepared for future operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory role (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong attention to detail — consistent correct picks, labels, counts, and documentation are non‑negotiable.
• Able to lift and move boxes (up to ~50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable using basic software for shipping/inventory workflows.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently while communicating proactively when something is blocked or off-track.

Nice To Haves

• Interest or experience improving warehouse organization, inventory control, labeling, and SOPs.
• Experience using ShipStation, Shopify, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with high accuracy (correct SKU/quantity/labels) and meet daily carrier cutoffs.
• Receive inbound shipments, verify counts/condition against packing slips, and escalate any discrepancies (missing/damaged/incorrect items).
• Maintain clean, accurate inventory locations and counts; support cycle counts and basic reconciliation.
• Pack items to prevent damage in transit using appropriate materials and standards.
• Keep the warehouse and staging areas organized, clearly labeled, and safe to work in; maintain a “ready to ship” environment.
• Maintain clear inbound/outbound notes and exception logs so issues don’t get lost and can be resolved quickly.
• Coordinate with Ops / Customer Support when shipments, returns, or inventory issues impact customers.
• Help with basic office support tasks at the Nashville HQ when it supports operational throughout.
