Marsh is seeking candidates for our Fulfillment position out of our Houston office. This is a hybrid role that includes the requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Fulfillment Specialist will manage the clients’ daily bonding needs, including receipt and review of bond requests, facilitate required information exchange between clients and underwriters to secure timely approvals and issuance, and delivery of requested bonds. This role involves maintaining ongoing communication with clients and their underwriters to ensure a high level of customer service, managing challenging issues and surety-related matters for clients, and leveraging Client Advisory resources when necessary. The specialist will also manage all administrative service delivery functions including bond issuance, modifications, renewals and cancellations, invoicing, collections, electronic files and database management, and other related activities. The role requires independently reviewing, researching, and responding (via phone or e-mail) to unique and non-routine inbound calls, emails, and internet inquiries for external clients that require advanced knowledge of client products and services. This involves conducting extensive research by reviewing all available internal Mercer resources and external client knowledge to answer inquiries and resolve problems, as well as reviewing and assessing client customer service needs and assisting in the development of client strategy plans. The specialist will also review client strategy plans with management and provide guidance to junior customer service representatives.
