About The Position

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly from the inside out. You help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time—supporting our restaurants and teams so they can deliver great experiences to our customers. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic problem-solving and issue identification skills
Ability to navigate systems and process transactions
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety standards
Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment with consistent attendance

Nice To Haves

Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments
Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., Workday)
Experience supporting shipping, receiving, or logistics operations
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Comfort working with inventory tracking, counts, and reconciliation
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads

Responsibilities

Receive, pick, pack, ship, and replenish inventory efficiently
Process orders, returns, and inventory transactions in systems (e.g., Workday)
Verify order accuracy and resolve or report discrepancies
Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking and cycle count support
Follow established safety, storage, and handling procedures
Support internal and external customer requests in a timely manner
Escalate issues or risks to appropriate team members
Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed
