Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Job requires employee to drive a lift truck
Job may require employee to drive a company vehicle; job is non-DOT regulated and an MVR is required

Nice To Haves

Experience working with computers. Microsoft suite (Excel and Word) and SAP knowledge.
Knowledge of inventory control.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain organization of warehouse area.
Review and sort daily orders.
Pick, pack and ship product to appropriate location within the required time frame.
Count, pack, and label product in appropriate cartons for shipping.
Prepare international shipments via container or air shipments and prepare corresponding paperwork.
Prepare outgoing mail and interoffice material from all departments for overnight shipping.
Administer UPS address database.
Receive and fill sales orders and requisitions for items such as literature, sales manuals, etc., and prepare for shipping.
Answer phones and fill supply requisitions for corporate and branch locations.
Assemble mailings for various departments including collating, binding, shrink wrapping, etc.
Cross train in other areas as needed, including Print Shop.
Support the set up and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
Prepare incoming mail for distribution.
Process outgoing mail and determine and affix postage.
Maintain records for UPS shipments and on postage, registered mail, and packages.
Track packages as needed.
Provide back-up coverage for mail carriers.
