We are seeking a Retail/Fulfillment Associate to work full-time; you will serve as the vital connection between our retail floor and inventory warehouse, ensuring optimized efficiency and a seamless customer experience. This individual will be responsible for the timely retrieval of inventory upon request of our retail associates. They will also be responsible for the fulfillment of in-store pick-up orders. When they are not assisting the retail store, they will be assisting with fulfillment task such as stocking, picking, and fulfilling.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to requests from retail associates for specific inventory
Navigate warehouse efficiently to locate requested items
Safely package and transport equipment between the warehouse and retail space
Process orders for in-store pick-up in a timely manner
Use internal systems to locate items within the inventory warehouse
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude always
Assist in fulfillment operations such as picking, packing, stocking, and cycle counts when not assisting the retail store.
