We seek a Fulfillment Pharmacist for our home delivery pharmacy in Charlotte, NC who is primarily responsible for performing the final quality check on our members' prescription orders and assisting in all areas of Pharmacy Fulfillment. The hours for this position will be Sunday-Thursday, 3:00pm-11:30pm.
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Active pharmacist license in North Carolina
- 1+ years of experience working as a licensed Pharmacist
- Ability to work the required hours, but also the flexibility to work occasional overtime as necessary
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
- Experience working in a mail order setting
Responsibilities
- Perform final verification of dispensed prescriptions prior to orders being packed and shipped
- Oversees the activities of pharmacy technicians, clerks, and other personnel
- Organizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner
- Utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standards
- Performs all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
- Assist Pharmacy Manager and/or Pharmacist-in-Charge in various projects as needed
- Conforms with and support department quality assurance and improvement guidelines
- Ability to flex into all operational areas pharmacy, including inventory, picking, and packing
