The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities of one or more operational units. They are required to maintain workflow, staffing, and scheduling to achieve targeted operational and financial results. Being an Operations Supervisor ensures compliance with operational policies and procedures, resolving routine operation issues, and overseeing a group of leads and team members. Additional requirements would be to maintain daily tracking of metrics and personnel needs. Operations Supervisors make day-to-day decisions within their department and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager. This position is an on-site, on-the-floor, daily interactive role where you will be able to mentor, coach, and develop, as well as collaborate to help drive the success of your team and the company. Schedule You'll lead a Sunday - Wednesday team working 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Supervisors maintain a schedule that includes additional time before and after the shift to allow for preparation, oversight, and reporting.
