Your Opportunity, Your Team The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor supports Cornerstone Brands Fulfillment Operations, and ensures that service levels are being met pertaining to production goals and quality on a daily basis. You will provide training, development, and leadership to ensure team members are productive and successful. You will report to an Operations Manager. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Goodyear, AZ fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years supervisory experience in a Distribution Center environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze reports for production and quality, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Can train, develop and motivate team members to become successful, thereby increasing job satisfaction and improving retention.
  • Strives to exceed all company requirements and industry standards related to the job.
  • Promotes a professional work environment at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Meet all service level requirements and monitor workflow of assigned department.
  • Responsible for performance related to meeting/exceeding company standards, holding team members accountable, performing follow-ups, and ensuring standards are being maintained at all times.
  • Maintain and issue all paperwork related to performance, procedures, and evaluations promptly.
  • Train, develop, and give recognition to team members.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a commitment to perform at or above expected service levels.
  • Responsible for daily staffing needs, including the transfer of hours out of and into the department.
  • All other responsibilities as directed by CSI management
