We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Flag Supply. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional education or vocational training is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high product quality.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, lift, and carry packages of varying weights on a regular basis.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with coworkers to achieve common goals.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify issues and troubleshoot challenges that may arise during the fulfillment process.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and methods.
• Knowledge of flag etiquette and American flag-related products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping based on customer requests and company standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to ensure they meet our company's standards for craftsmanship and appearance.
• Packaging: Utilize appropriate packaging materials to safeguard products during transit, minimizing the risk of damage.
• Attention to Detail: Verify that orders are correctly assembled, including accurate item selection, quantities, and packaging details.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safe working conditions.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any order-related issues, discrepancies, or special requests.
• Efficiency: Strive to meet or exceed daily order fulfillment targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
