About The Position

Prince Telecom is seeking a Fulfillment Manager responsible for managing all operations of our Fulfillment Team in accordance with the customer and industry specifications, within the Charlotte, NC market. This is a Full-Time (W2) position located in Charlotte, NC, with a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
3 years management experience in the cable installation space.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license (class "C" minimum).
Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
Experience in CATV installation field and prior supervisory experience in the CATV or related field.
Must live within one hour of Charlotte, NC.
Must be able to work in the United States for this company without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Manage all operations to ensure everything is completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications.
Ensuring that all employees working on the project are working safely and productively.
Provide OTJ training for employees working on the project under your direction on installation practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Hire, train, supervise, discipline, evaluate field technicians, supervisors, office support personnel, and warehouse functions.
Ensure and maintain all MSO and company quality control and safety requirements.
Identify performance issues and recommend and implement corrective action.
Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract technicians.
Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations.
Perform audits of construction operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.
Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working.
Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts.
Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.
Complete Weekly Report which summarizes all operational concerns i.e. converter.
