About The Position

The Fulfillment Kit Associate works in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting daily fulfillment operations by assembling, verifying, and packaging customer-specific kits and printed materials with exceptional accuracy. This role is responsible for preparing brand-specific folders and inserting store-specific materials that must precisely match customer requirements. Success in this role requires outstanding attention to detail, consistency, and a commitment to quality while maintaining efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and customer specifications.
Basic math skills and the ability to accurately count, sort, and verify materials.
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, organized, and committed to producing high-quality, error-free work.
Ability to stand and walk for an entire 8-10 hour shift, frequently use hands and arms, occasional bending or reaching, and regularly lift up to 10-50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand daily priorities, assignments, and production goals, and execute tasks accordingly.
Assemble customer kits by accurately matching brand-specific folders with the correct store-specific materials.
Carefully verify all contents, quantities, and customer specifications before packaging and shipment.
Perform detailed quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and correct errors before products are shipped.
Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets.
Accurately complete required paperwork, production records, and system entries while communicating quality, safety, or material issues promptly.
