This role involves leading, coaching, and developing Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer service. The supervisor will manage staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure timely and accurate completion of various order types including Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational KPIs such as SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance, as well as resolving escalated customer issues and operational challenges. The position requires conducting daily safety walks, maintaining hazard-free staging areas, and ensuring equipment is operated safely and in compliance. The supervisor will also participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed, and must operate and maintain certification for powered equipment like Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks. Additionally, the supervisor may serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met.
