This role involves leading, coaching, and developing Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer service within the fulfillment department. The supervisor will manage staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure timely and accurate completion of various order types including Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring and achieving operational KPIs such as SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance, as well as resolving escalated customer issues and operational challenges. The supervisor will also conduct daily safety walks, maintain hazard-free staging areas, ensure safe equipment operation, and participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed. Certification for powered equipment like Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck is required. When assigned, the supervisor will serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD), providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met.
