About The Position

At eBay, we're more than a global ecommerce leader — we’re changing the way the world shops and sells. Our platform empowers millions of buyers and sellers in more than 190 markets around the world. We’re committed to pushing boundaries and leaving our mark as we reinvent the future of ecommerce for enthusiasts. We're in this together, sustaining the future of our customers, our company, and our planet. Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all. About the team and the role: Roca Robotics, part of TCGplayer and the broader eBay family, designs and builds robots that sort trading cards and help customers manage inventory with speed, precision, and reliability. Our systems support businesses serving collectible card game communities across titles like Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and more. The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a meaningful role in helping us deliver that experience to customers by supporting the flow of products and materials across receiving, inventory, light assembly, order processing, and shipping. Reporting to the Purchasing and Logistics Manager, this role works closely with the production team and cross-functional partners to ensure products are received accurately, stocked appropriately, prepared for shipment, and transacted accurately in our MRP system.

Requirements

  • Experience in fulfillment, shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, manufacturing support, or a similar hands-on operational environment.
  • Experience using an ERP, MRP, or related inventory or order management system to complete transactions accurately and keep data up to date.
  • Strong attention to detail and care in handling both system transactions and physical products, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and safety.
  • Ability to manage routine operational priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing needs while maintaining reliable throughput.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and complete light assembly or subassembly tasks safely and consistently, using basic hand tools as needed.
  • Comfort working in both office and loud or open warehouse environments, including regular standing and walking, safe operation of pallet jacks and forklifts, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and use of other basic material handling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving by unloading incoming products, verifying contents against documentation, and completing receiving transactions in the MRP system so inventory stays aligned with physical stock.
  • Prepare robotic systems, parts, and related materials for shipment, including packing and labeling, and complete shipping transactions accurately in our MRP system to support on-time, error-free deliveries.
  • Support smooth day-to-day production and fulfillment by restocking products and materials, helping prevent shortages and keeping key work areas supplied and organized.
  • Complete light assembly and subassembly work by following written work instructions, contributing directly to the build and readiness of trading-card-sorting robotic systems and components.
  • Help maintain organized inventory and accurate material movement across receiving, storage, production, and shipping, reducing lost items and improving traceability for the broader operations team.
  • Partner with the production team on upcoming fulfillment needs and larger outbound shipments, identifying potential risks and helping ensure successful, well-coordinated deliveries to customers.

Benefits

  • a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave)
