About The Position

Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Fulfillment Coordinator to work remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Military OneSource mission. The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides a broad array of information, resources, education, referrals, and counseling to about 4.7 million participants which includes military service members, their families, and eligible civilians at locations worldwide. The Military OneSource program serves as a “one source” for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system. The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of the shipping and fulfillment vendor, Handle Logistics, to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained within the online catalog. This role: Ensures the timely distribution of informational and promotional materials to MOS participants and service providers via mail in response to secure online and telephonic fulfillment requests. Collaborates closely with the Content Development Manager to ensure that approved educational materials, products, and referral information provided as part of EAP support services are properly included in and updated within the Handle Logistics inventory. Works closely with the Field Support Manager and the Content Strategic Outreach Manager to project and plan event support requirements for educational materials, products, and referral resources to ensure adequate inventory and readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in military inventory and fulfillment management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of military lifestyle and culture.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as web-based research and electronic documentation systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required.
  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required.
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required.
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
  • This position requires a separate, quiet, private, confidential space to work from, as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home.) Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the performance of the shipping and fulfillment vendor to ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials.
  • Manage inventory levels and catalog accuracy within the online fulfillment system to ensure materials are shipped within two business days of request receipt.
  • Receive, review, and process fulfillment orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely confirmation.
  • Verify product availability and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support program needs and event readiness.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials prior to shipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and resolve product or fulfillment quality issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data for monthly Fulfillment Reports and performance tracking.
  • Manage fault analysis and identify fulfillment gaps, recommending corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance order fulfillment and inventory management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Content Development, Field Support, and Outreach teams to forecast and plan inventory requirements for events and program initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, import/export laws, and applicable industry standards.
  • Stay informed of regulatory changes and update fulfillment processes accordingly.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs.
