Fulfillment clerks are responsible for the specialized processing of the company's products. Activities may include inserting or de-inserting envelopes; printing detail sheets; collecting and validating materials; collating and assembling kits; and weighing, metering, and sorting envelopes. Special Handlers may use personal computers and a variety of software applications or vendor-provided equipment to track, process, and/or complete their work.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull and reach throughout duration of assigned 12-hour shifts
Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge policies and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft office and Computer skills
Proficient in the English language

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 3-5 years in production environment, preferred
Associates degree preferred
1 year lead/supervisory experience in a production environment preferred
Related work experience with strong time-management and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to interact and effectively communicate with team members, internal and external, and liaisons

Responsibilities

Collate and assemble orders, inserts statements manually
Follow all special handling instructions
Prepare and sort mail correctly, domestic and international
Operate manual and semi-automatic equipment as required (bindery, folding, etc.)
QC completed jobs and follow all quality processes
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
