About The Position

Capitol Distributing is the largest convenience wholesale distributor in Idaho. Founded in 1983, Capitol delivers to retailers across the Western United States from its 300,000 square foot distribution center in Caldwell, Idaho.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move products.
Ability to use an electronic scanner to pick and locate items.
Occasional overtime to meet order demands.
Ability to follow and understand basic instructions/policies.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience of working in a warehouse a plus.

Responsibilities

Picking various stocks to fill customer orders.
Using scanning devices to pick products and fulfill customer orders.
Placing products in totes and packaging items correctly.
Placing totes/full case items on sorting belt/rollers for Loading Clerks.
Following safety rules for warehouses.
Regularly communicating with coworkers, leads, and supervisors for efficiency.
Performing other duties and working in other areas as assigned.
