Requirements

3-5 years of similar shipping and receiving experience.
Proficiency in using RF scanners, inventory software, and computer systems.
Forklift experience and certification is required.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
High degree of math skills and the ability to solve problems and work independently.
Prior experience using WMS, TMS and inventory control systems required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting on hard surfaces.
Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders/invoices to ensure no damages or discrepancies.
Enter receipts into the WMS system.
Stock inbound products in appropriate locations and areas.
Manage inbound carrier schedules.
Notify management of any shipping/receiving issues.
Pack, label, and prepare outbound orders, ensuring they match picking tickets.
Schedule and track carrier pickups and shipments.
Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Keep detailed records of daily shipments and receipts.
Keep the dock and warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
