Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• High physical and mental energy.
• Demonstrates initiative and takes responsibility for the quality and quantity work.
• Reliable team player who contributes to a positive, can-do work culture.
• Able to learn new skills quickly and help others to do the same; embraces change.
• Individuals must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Requires walking primarily on a level surface for extended periods of time throughout the day.
• Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to pull/pack or store materials throughout the workday.
• Proper lifting techniques required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous fulfillment center/order picking experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the fulfillment center team in executing on the daily workload.
• Strive to meet personal and group performance goals.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
