About The Position

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist at our brand new, 100k square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center, you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. Due to our continued growth, we have multiple positions available on our overnight, stocking team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and inventory is accurately maintained. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours. Requirements

• Proficiency in using a smartphone or operating a handheld scanner.
• Reliable and enthusiastic team player.
• Pride in accuracy and speed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work Monday – Thursday nights, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet nightly stocking goals.
