About The Position

Stauer is seeking energetic, detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join its Fulfillment Team in Burnsville, Minnesota. The role supports holiday order fulfillment by handling customer orders with care, precision, and speed. Associates may pick and pack orders, assemble product components, prepare shipments, and help with inventory, receiving, and other general fulfillment tasks while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. The position is seasonal through the end of December, with the possibility of continuing longer based on the individual and company needs. The position is onsite and pays $16 to $18 per hour. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Facility hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; full-time associates work standard 8-hour shifts within those hours, and part-time associates have flexible scheduling with a minimum 4-hour shift. Overtime may be available, including potential late stays or weekend work during peak season.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to identify product codes, styles, sizes, and variations accurately.
• Solid math and reading skills to match item numbers and quantities.
• Ability to stay focused and upbeat while handling varied tasks or high-volume routines.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–40 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Positive, reliable, team-first attitude and ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience.
• Forklift certification or previous equipment experience.
• Willingness to flex the schedule during peak season, including staying late or working weekends.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, inspect, and package customer orders.
• Assemble product components, kit special items, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Assist with inventory organization, receiving, and general fulfillment tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
