This is a full-time position where associates are responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time. The role requires maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas, and delivering excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and addressing customer inquiries. Associates will operate and maintain certification for powered equipment such as Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, adhering to all safety requirements. Inventory accuracy is supported through the use of the Orders App, SIMS compliance, and collaboration with leadership to resolve short picks. The position also involves completing administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks, including audits and order follow-ups, and promptly reporting any safety or theft concerns. A customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork skills are essential for daily responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned to support business needs.
