Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Assemble and fulfill product kits according to specifications
• Verify order accuracy and quality before shipping
• Label, sort, and organize products and materials
• Operate basic warehouse and fulfillment equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Support other production and fulfillment tasks as assigned
