About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable team member to support receiving and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory handling and on-time shipment of products.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word, MIS systems)
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy
Receive, tag, stage, and organize incoming materials
Load and unload trucks and move materials within the facility
Prepare and verify outbound shipments and shipping documentation
Process shipments using systems such as UPS and FedEx
Track shipments and assist with resolving delivery issues
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
Maintain accurate records and system updates
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
