About The Position

Guardian Bikes is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Associates to support warehouse and shipping operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to meeting quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

Basic computer skills required
Ability to learn and operate basic warehouse management system (WMS) functions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements as required
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
Label, package, and stage shipments for carrier pickup
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control activities
Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) functions as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization within warehouse and fulfillment areas
Perform general housekeeping duties, including periodically cleaning restrooms and breakroom areas
Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and quality standards
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipment issues to supervisors
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
