Dandy is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The person will support our team by completing daily fulfillment operations based in Lehi, Utah. In this role, you’ll ensure that orders are picked and shipped out to meet our customer deadlines as we work towards modernizing the dental lab process. We partner with customers across the country and route thousands of orders to dental practices and dental labs per month. You will ensure that the supply side of our marketplace can keep up with demand by helping our Fulfillment team complete orders safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong personal accountability for results, a desire for excellence, and comfort operating in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to be full-time in a warehouse setting on Monday through Friday.
  • 1-2 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or operations at a high growth company.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure a solution.
  • Naturally organized and detail-oriented.
  • Curious and capable of learning new things quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require physical activity

Nice To Haves

  • Working with Netsuite
  • Experience training peers and/or creating work instructions for peers
  • IT experience / software / systems troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Effectively collaborate with other team members to quickly and accurately execute daily operational tasks.
  • Identify ways to make our processes best serve our customers safely and efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies and help create better processes to fix the issues.
  • Accurately pick products based on order details and prepare items for shipping. Ensure all orders are packed securely and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure product availability and accuracy. Report any discrepancies and help maintain inventory integrity.
  • Unload and inspect incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders. Properly store items in the designated warehouse locations.
  • Restock shelves and storage areas as needed, maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
  • Inspect products for defects or damage before shipment and ensure all items meet company quality standards.
  • Use laptops, scanners, and inventory management software to track orders, update stock levels, and manage daily tasks.
