This position is for a Part-Time Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's, a FORTUNE® 100 home improvement company. The role involves accurately picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders on time, while maintaining clean, organized, and safe staging areas. Associates are expected to deliver excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to appropriate staff. Key duties also include operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment such as Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks, adhering to all safety protocols. The role supports inventory accuracy through the use of the Orders App and SIMS compliance, collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks, maintenance, order follow-ups, and locker management, with a requirement to promptly report safety or theft concerns. The ideal candidate will approach daily tasks with a customer-first mindset, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills. Lowe's employs approximately 300,000 associates and operates over 1,750 home improvement stores, 540 branches, and 120 distribution centers, supporting communities through initiatives in housing, community spaces, skilled trades development, and disaster relief.
