This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders. This role also involves delivering excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, the associate will operate and maintain certification for powered equipment, ensure inventory accuracy, and complete various administrative and maintenance tasks. A customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role. Other duties may be assigned to support business needs.
