This is a part-time Fulfillment Associate position with flexible hours. The role involves picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time. Associates are expected to maintain clean, organized, and safe staging areas. A key aspect of the job is providing excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to the appropriate associates when necessary. The position requires operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment such as Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, adhering to all safety regulations. Associates will also contribute to inventory accuracy by utilizing the Orders App, ensuring SIMS compliance, and collaborating with leadership to address any issues with order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include completing administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks like audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, as well as promptly reporting any safety or theft concerns. The role emphasizes achieving daily tasks with a customer-first approach, supported by strong communication and teamwork skills. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
