About The Position

The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate assists the eCommerce Operations Manager in their daily responsibilities running the company’s eCommerce business. This includes providing support to the eCommerce Fulfillment team, keeping weekly business on-track, monitoring needed supplies and packaging, providing customer service, and collaborating on related projects.

Requirements

Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
An ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative or team setting
Must be able to lift 20lb
Must be able to work on your feet for long periods
High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Google Workplace Suite, WordPress is a plus
Ten-key, data entry, and other typing skills are a plus
Familiarity with coffee or barista experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Fulfill daily eCommerce business for three brands (Tony’s, Camber, Forecast)
Processing orders from various digital platforms
Pack orders to ship in a timely manner
Provide prompt customer service via email and phone
Coordinate with other eCommerce team members with knowledge of daily fulfillment requirements, warehouse layout, and product knowledge
Assisting in maintaining and updating product information across internal accounting software, internal team communication platforms, company webstores, and affiliate web platforms
Monitor and maintain various inventory items, including sold merchandise and packing supplies
Follow internal inventory procedures in collaboration with the distribution department
Maintain a tidy work space in the distribution warehouse
Ensure work area is safe, wear required apparel and safety gear, participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
