Responsibilities

Assisting in ecommerce order fulfillment.
Carefully reading invoices and checking for accuracy of customized designs, invoices, and order numbers when pulling and packing orders.
Carefully packaging each order, checking for gift wrap, notes, go green options, and correct order and invoice.
Maintaining organization of orders during the fulfillment process.
Ensuring that orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date.
Helping to fulfill no sew orders through pick and pack procedures.
Inventory tasks including unpacking boxes, counting, receiving and processing orders, reorganizing inventory, and helping to create solutions for better inventory storage and organization.
Supporting customization by laying out custom designs for orders.
Quality control of e-commerce orders, reviewing accuracy and quality including SKU, spelling, customization accuracy, color, and number of items.
Cleaning up workspace at the end of each day and making sure the area is ready for the next day.
Breaking down boxes and helping with cleaning responsibilities.
Working with attention and efficiency while maintaining a sense of urgency.
